Shipping policy

Shipping Delivery Times

Orders must be placed by 12pm CST Monday – Friday to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 1 business day. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday and Friday. Shipping time ranges from 5-7 business days.  All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

We are not responsible for shipping delays that occur as a result of local, state, or federal occurrences (i.e. weather, pandemic, terrorist attack, etc.).

 

Tracking Orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details and your tracking number.
